This is a traditional low rise building that has been carefully designed to fit inconspicuously into Bunrattys charming scenery. The surrounding landscape is attractive forest and grassland and the hotel is set slightly back into the trees.
The rooms are clean, bright and spacious and come equipped with all modern amenities including wireless broadband, etc.
Pj's Restaurant and The Shamrock Bar serve breakfast, carvery lunch and an a la carte menu on a daily basis. Wherever possible they will use locally-sourced ingredients in their international cuisine. For something completely different there is a medieval themed banquet in Bunratty Castle.
The hotel is just 9km from the Shannon Airport and 15km from Limerick. It is situated in its own wooded grounds next to Bunratty Castle.
Keeping in touch with the local surroundings of medieval Bunratty, the hotel was designed with elegance and tradition foremost in mind. It would be suitable for both leisure and business travellers and has not only leisure facilities including fully equipped leisure centre (Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and indoor heated pool), but also conference facilities for 1200 persons.
