The hotel is situated in proximity to the University of Tor Vergata and near the motorway exit of Torrenova-Roma sud (500 meters). The hotel is connected to the city centre by bus 507 and by Anagnina underground which can be reached within 20 minutes by bus from the hotel. Ciampino airport is circa 6 km away from hotel.
All modern bedrooms, medium in size with independent entrance facing on a nice courtyard. Rooms are simply decorated with modern furniture TV color, telephone, mini bar, safe deposit box, air conditioning and bathrooms in good condition.
The restaurant is on the ground floor, has a good size and modern look with wide window doors facing the surrounding garden.
The lobby is spacious and bright with a wooden built desk by the reception and a wide open area simply furnished with sofas and small tables. Opposite the reception, there is a small but very nice American bar and a common area to watch TV.
The hotel, built in summer 2000, has a modern look and a lovely garden that surrounds the entire building.
The hotel has a huge meeting room with modern equipment that can host up to 150 pax and, combined with its location and the relaxing atmosphere offered by the surroundings, represents the ideal place for business meetings, events and holidays. 0608 FR
