The hotel is located in the new business centre of Seville, just in front of the "Palacio de Congresosy Exposiciones", 15 minutes from the Expo '92 venue and 5 minutes from the airport and the train station "Santa Justa".
There are 218 rooms and suites all with spacious bathrooms. They are well decorated in a modern style and well furnished.
"La Fuente" is the perfect restaurant for either a business lunch or a romantic evening meal. It has a pleasant atmosphere, with soft tone lighting. The hotel provides several lounges for banquets and meetings with a capacity for accomodating 20 to 300 peoples.
The lobby and reception area are small but comfortably decorated with settees, glass tables and green plants. There are three lifts to the different floors.
The property is surrounded by a garden, a wonderful swimming pool and a private car park for guests. There is also a peaceful terrace beside the swimming pool and gardens.
The gymnasium offers a large range of activities from fitness sessions to a massage parlour. This hotel offers a full range of facilities and services.
