Jersey Airport is the main gateway to the island. Flights are offered to destinations in the UK, Channel Islands and Europe. It is on the south east of the island, about 6 miles from its capital, St Helier.
There is a local bus service to St Helier, running about every half hour at peak times. Alternatively, you can take a cab from in front of the arrivals hall for about £12. If you have booked your trip with a tour operator, transfers can usually be arranged through them.
If you are arriving at the airport in your own vehicle, you can make use of the on site car parks.
There are 2 car parks on site. The Long Stay car park is in front of the Departure Hall and is priced per hour. There is no special daily rate, but it is not too expensive. The Short Stay car park is in front of the Arrivals Hall. It is charged per half hour and is double the price of the Long Stay car park. There is a zone for dropping off passengers in front of the Departure Hall. There is no charge for this, but it is a designated "no waiting" area. Free parking is offered for motorbikes and bicycles.
