Sullivan's Brasserie, a new brasserie style restaurant offers a choice of the best of English and international dishes. For a more informal option, a range of sandwiches, wraps, paninis, light meals and snacks are served throughout the day in the lounge bar area from 10 am until 11 pm. In addition to the bar menu, the blackboard offers daily specials and seasonal snacks.
