PAYMENT DETAILS: Please note that full payment will be deducted from your credit debit card upon confirmation of your booking. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in and Check-out: The rules for check-in and check-out are set by Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments. Check-in is strictly between 3pm until 8pm unless prior advance notice is given to us. We reserve the right to administer a surcharge of £25 if check-in occurs after 8pm. Guests who have not contacted us by 8pm on the day of arrival may not be guaranteed their apartment. Guests MUST telephone Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments at least 1 hour before arrival so that arrangements could be made to meet and greet them at reception. Check-out is strictly by11am. Late check-outs will incur a full days charge. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in the internal communal areas of the apartment blocks. A charge of £50 will be made from the security deposit, if evidence of smoking is discovered in the apartment.Limited on site secure CAR PARKING is available at £10 per car per night, and needs to be booked in advance. Car parking not booked in advance will cost £15 per car per night, and is subject to availability only.
