The terms and conditions governing bookings made through AirportHotels.com. Please have a read of the sections relevant to you.
At AirportHotels.com we take it upon ourselves to try to provide you with the services that you need, at a price that you want, and a quality that you expect. For all the small print about our products, please read the information below:
Make sure you have your booking reference/ confirmation to hand when you travel so that the service provider can confirm your booking. Some car parks require you to use the credit card that you paid with to enter and exit their facilities, so bring this with you too.
If you are, in any way, dissatisfied with the service you receive, immediately report this to the service provider so they can try to rectify the issue for you. It is important that your query is raised promptly, as it can become complicated to investigate an issue at a later stage. Our service providers will do their best to remedy your complaint, although assistance cannot be guaranteed.
If you are not happy that your problem has been fully rectified, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within six weeks after having returned to the UK.

Because AirportHotels.com are committed to getting the best rates for our customers, there may be some occasions where prices may increase from the time you searched for your initial quote and the time you make your booking.
All prices include VAT at the current rate. Hotel prices are given in GBP per person per night, or GBP per room per night. Twin room prices are for two adults sharing. Parking is priced in GBP per vehicle per whole or part day on a 24 hour basis.
We reserve the right to charge non-refundable fees for payments via Paypal, debit card or credit card. This will be notified to you prior to the completion of your booking. Your payment will appear on your statement as AirportHotels.com.
Paypal, credit card or debit card fees applied by AirportHotels.com at the time of booking will be refunded if that booking is part of a successful price comparison claim.
You must make any amendments to your booking, and any cancellations through AirportHotels.com. These will be subject to the conditions below. Please be aware that payments made using Paypal will only be amendable online.
Hotel or hotel-with-parking bookings cannot be amended or refunded the day before you stay, or any time thereafter.
You will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 if you have made a cancellation and obtained a refund. Your refund will be paid within 28 days of the day on which you cancelled your booking.
If you choose to reduce the number of rooms that you have booked, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 per room, per night.
Your hotel-with-parking booking confirmation will show your appointed arrival time and date. If you arrive before this time, you may have to pay extra at the local rate of the hotel or car park.
You will not receive a refund if you collect your vehicle from the hotel or car park before your allocated collection date/time on your booking confirmation
You will have to pay additional charges at the local gate rate of he hotel or car park if you collect your car after the specified date/ time printed on you booking confirmation.
Please be aware that Paypal refunds are restricted to a two-year period after payment has been taken. After this date, bookings cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be given. Standard conditions will apply if you have a Supersaver, Non-flexible or Advance Purchase booking.
Any product(s) booked at these special prices cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
It is sometimes necessary for AirportHotels.com to make amendments to our literature, both before and after bookings have been confirmed. If we have to make a change that will affect the hotel you stay at or the car park you use, we will contact you with this change at the earliest possible opportunity.
Where possible we will contact you before your departure and we will also offer you a choice of the following:
(a) You may accept the amendments made, or
(b) You may choose an alternative, similar product. For cheaper products we will offer a refund or the difference, or
(c) You may accept the cancellation, and therefore receive a full and prompt refund from us.
Our normal cancellation and refund terms will apply in the event of disruptions to your booking caused by natural phenomena.
To utilize the cancellation waiver you must purchase it in conjunction with your booking. This waiver can be used if you decide to cancel your booking in accordance with the conditions of our cancellation policy, and the charges normally applied by AirportHotels.com (£9.50 parking, £15 hotels and hotels-with-parking) will not apply.
Please be aware that, under certain circumstances, you may not cancel or amend your booking, and you will not receive a refund on your booking (see Cancellation policy above). In these situations, you will be charged the full amount or your booking, as well as the cost of the cancellation waiver.
The Cancellation Charge Waiver cannot be applied to same-day or next-day bookings.
The Cancellation Charge Waiver is non-refundable, unless it is part of a successful Best Price Guarantee claim.
Entry and exit procedures may vary at different car parks, so you should always follow the information on your booking confirmation voucher. Failure to do so could result in additional charges, which AirportHotels.com may not be liable to cover.
Transfers to and from the airport are invariably included in the price specified by AirportHotels.com, although sometimes charges will apply. Please check this before you travel. Some car parks will also be within walking distance of the airport. Please ensure that the car parks opening times are suitable for your requirements.
Meet and Greet parking is a service that involves a driver meeting you at the airport and parking your car for you, and subsequently bringing it back to you at the airport on your return from your holiday. If you have booked Meet and Greet, you may need to reiterate your travel times with the service provider in advance. Use your AirportHotels.com booking reference when doing so. We advise that you check your booking confirmation for details. You may be charged additional fees at the local service providers rate for services outside of normal operational hours, or on bank holidays. These can be paid directly to the service provider.
Some car parks operate a minimum stay policy. Here you may use the car park for a shorter duration, but you will be expected to pay the full minimum rate. This will be made apparent to you during the booking process, and stays of 8 days or less may be subject to a higher daily charge. Daily prices may fluctuate according to the date and length of stay.
Some car parks will request that you leave your keys with them for the duration of your stay, so that they can move your vehicle in accordance with their parking procedures. Please be prepared to do so. Customers with disabilities are advised to ensure that the car parks facilities meet their requirements.
Parking is always at the risk of the vehicle owner, although AirportHotels.com do advise that you remove any valuables from your vehicle, and refer to the terms and conditions of your car park service provider. AirportHotels.com will not accept liability in any circumstance.
If you have a wide or high-sided vehicle, please check when booking with AirportHotels.com that it will not exceed the limitations of the service provider, as not all car parks can accommodate oversized vehicles. Feel free to call us on 0800 977 5175 or email us at email@example.com to check.
Postal booking confirmations will be sent out within one working day of the booking having been made. These must be purchased in addition to the standard email confirmation. If your travel dates fall within 7 days of making your booking, your postal confirmation will be sent to you via first-class post. Otherwise it will be posted second-class.
Next-day or trackable delivery services may be offered to customers who book through our telephone call centre. These services will incur additional charges and all postal fees are non-refundable. Further copies of booking confirmations will be charged at 99p per copy, and will be sent by first-class post.
Please note, however, that AirportHotels.com will not accept any liability for postal service delays.
